With her roots in chemical engineering studies and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Gina has the mind of a scientist and the eye of an artist. She is equal parts analytical and imaginative, strategic and conceptual, detail-oriented and a big picture thinker. She leads branding, digital and social for Thorburn, after 15 years of creating award-winning work for brands both big and small, including global giants like adidas, Coca-Cola, IBM and Disney. She has a history of inspiring emotional connections through brand- and insight-led storytelling in both the physical world and the digital space. She joins Thorburn after ACD/design positions at VSA Partners in Chicago and Methodologie in Seattle. In her free time, she can be found chasing her toddler, Adina Dessa, cozying up with her cats and a treasured book, or stargazing out her atrium late at night when the world has gone quiet.
